SMPP Client Tester application

SMPP Client Tester is a java GUI application to test SMPP connection with SMS Center in telecom. It can send and receive SMS messages from and to mobiles using telecom operator SMS Center.
You need a real connection to any operator SMSC or SMSC simulator to run it.
